Whether you’re in the gym, on the trail, or wherever life takes you, priming your mind and body to perform is the key to an effective pre-workout supplement. With single-serve Isagenix AMPED™ Nitro sticks, getting prepared for your next workout is more convenient than ever!
AMPED Nitro is a pre-workout drink powder designed to improve your efforts in the gym by providing energy, strength, and focus for optimal training. Nitro is designed with evidence-based amounts of active ingredients such as naturally sourced caffeine from tea leaves, Nitrosigine®,§ creatine, beta-alanine, betaine, and taurine. These ingredients have been found to significantly improve performance levels in athletes and physically active individuals (1-4).
Clean, Powerful, and Effective
To naturally increase energy, alertness, and stamina, AMPED Nitro provides a targeted dose of caffeine from tea leaves. Caffeine has been shown to enhance performance in endurance sports by increasing time before exhaustion, delaying perceptions of fatigue, and decreasing perceptions of effort (5, 6).
AMPED Nitro also provides 1,500 milligrams of Nitrosigine§ per serving, an amount selected based on scientific publications. In three separate studies, 1,500 milligrams of Nitrosigine was found to effectively improve focus and support blood flow in physically active individuals (7-9).
In addition, Nitro delivers creatine monohydrate, which is a naturally occurring compound that helps supply energy to muscle. By increasing energy availability to muscle, creatine supports weightlifters’ efforts to lift more weight longer and sprinters’ efforts to run faster, longer. This can result in an increase in muscle mass, power, strength, and speed (10, 11). There is also evidence that creatine helps improve recovery from intense exercise (12).
To support the increased stamina from creatine monohydrate, AMPED Nitro was formulated with beta-alanine. This ingredient helps create a buffer in muscle to inhibit the buildup of lactic acid, which contributes to early fatigue and exhaustion (13, 14).
Taken approximately 15-30 minutes before exercise, AMPED Nitro ingredients have been individually shown to improve measures of physical performance such as increases in power, lean body mass, and alertness while also reducing fatigue.
Energy, Strength, and Focus for Your Performance Goals
Depending on your goals, you may incorporate other products with AMPED Nitro before your workout, such e+™ and AMPED NOx. However, you should be aware of your personal level of caffeine tolerance before combining e+ with AMPED Nitro. Using AMPED Nitro and e+ together may provide more caffeine than you desire. AMPED NOx works to support blood flow in a different way than AMPED Nitro. It can be taken at any time before a workout and can be combined with AMPED Nitro for added support.
Keep a few sticks of AMPED Nitro in your gym bag or car and at work so you’re always prepared to get the most out of your workouts!
